Dell Support Scam hasn't stopped

I have been receiving calls from Dell Support from a weird 9 digit number +84 963 3694. He claims to be Daniel but has an Indian accent and knows details about my laptop and account. Whom should I report this too. Even the report scam page doesn't take a 9 digit number as input.
