That is not our call. The current Dell Tech Concierge Service mandate is, "You get 24/7 access to PC and electronics experts via phone or live chat". The Dell Tech Concierge team would have to allocate resources to hire their technicians to work such a Forum board. As you can see, we have difficulties assisting just the Consumer based customers out here.

All of your issues should be covered by them if you have the service.

If you want to use this Forum, you will need to post on the specific Forum board that relates to your specific issue.
