Dell WUR Not Responding to Emails
I recently purchased Dell Inspiron 16 Plus 7610 laptop from dell online store. Unfortunately, the laptop is faulty and the screen has backlight bleed issues. The technical support team was unable to resolve the issue, and they got an approval from Dell management to return the product and issue a full refund. The case was transferred to the WUR team on 25th August and they asked for the pickup address and contact details. I replied to them on the same day. It has been one week since that, and I have made several attempts to get in touch with the WUR team on Email and Phone, but I'm not receiving any response from their end. I've also escalated the ticket to ITS.Consumer.Feedback@dell.com. I'm not sure what to do now.
