Dell support website doesn't work, terrible in IE and slow in Chrome and Firefox

I'm sorry but your new support website just doesn't work at all!  I've been in IT for many years and visit the Dell support site weekly to download drivers or view manuals for servers / PCs.  This latest redesign is terrible!  It looks nice but it doesn't work.

The site times out, hangs up , or gives me script errors in Internet Explorer 11, even when in compatibility mode.  It also doesn't work well in the latest Firefox or Chrome.  Clicking the feedback link on some pages does nothing, I had to hunt around for a page that actually fully loaded so I could submit my feedback for the site in general.

Downloading drivers is so time consuming now.  When I click to expand a download category it takes 15 seconds to expands to let me choose the drivers to download.  Please fix this.  I've used multiple systems, browsers, and settings with my browsers and the site just doesn't perform anywhere near the way your old one did.

Please visit your support site, choose a server at random and try to download some drivers for the server and add them to your downloads list.  Driver type or category doesn't matter, just try it out and you'll see the performance issues.

Thank you, Jon

Chrome seems to work the best so I'll use that as a workaround for now.  The support site flat out doesn't work properly in Internet Explorer 11 and even the latest Firefox is much slower (4 -5 seconds per click) than the Chrome experience.  I'm on Windows 8.1, Core i7, 8GB RAM, 250GB SSD and have 50mbps fiber as my Internet too so the issue isn't with my PCs (tried several that I have) or connection speed.

Guys,

They're aware of this, I know they are working on it.
