Escalation
After a long, expensive, and fruitless interaction with Dell about a faulty computer,a support request to Dell has now been ignored. Can you suggest a mechanism to unlock this deadlock - is there someone I can make appeal to?

Hi, I have ordered a TV from Dell Site. The order is not moving any where since 20 days. I have beed kinked all around by Dell customer care. I am really frustrated of the Worst customer service of Dell. I sped 10 hours in phone with very very bad ppl who works at dell. My Order no is # . Who would help me out?

Hi Kameshwaran. First off due to Terms of Service, you will need to remove your private information including address, phone number, order number and email address. Next you will want to find Dell-Lorna and send her a message regarding your problem and see if she is able to help you.
