Gift card invalid
I have a physical gift card purchased from Dell.com several years ago but never used. Now when I checked balance it said that the gift card number is invalid. I contacted customer service but didn't get response. Could someone help me with this issue? Thank you.

When was this gift card purchased? Do you just get the message as invalid or is there any error message associated?
Please click on my Dell username & send a private message with the gift card number, registered name, email address along with an image of the front & back of the gift card.
We will have our internal team look into this and assist you further.

Hello Sreejith,
I am also having exact same issue. Purchased dell gift card couple of years ago.Now getting the message " Card number is invalid" when i tried to use it.
Could you please assist me to resolve this issue?

Hi Sreejith,
Exact same issue, Purchased some dell gift cards on 2014.Now getting the message " Card number is invalid" when i checked the balance.
