Haven't received eGift card in over 40 days.

When I ordered my computer I was told I would receive an eGift card via Advantage Rewards in 10-20 days of my order shipping, but its now been 52 days since I placed my order and 40 days since my order arrived.

I also submitted a support ticket 9 days ago, but they have yet to respond.


Is this typical? Waiting this long is beginning to concerning me, especially with that 90 day expiration on the card which I'm not sure is counting down or not.

I am at 21 days right now and not happy either. Wanted to be able to use it for Christmas gifts, which is why I ordered in early November. I sat on chat for an hour this morning, and when I got through was told the customer service person there couldn't help.

Support responded to my ticket a few hours after I posted this thread and said they would raise the issue with their gift card team. Today they sent it to me via email!
