Help! My order ID number is not being recognized

Hello, yesterday I ordered an alienware laptop. Today at around 13:00 I got an e-mail asking me to pay within the next 48 hours, which I did through Mercado Pago.
The payment was approved, but my order isn't showing anything in my account, and if I search through my Order ID nothing shows up either.

My question is if I should just wait, or if there is a problem with the payment.
