How long should I wait for a reply.
No one asked if I was a veteran when I bought my new computer setup Jan. 22, 2021 for $2,300. So, on Feb. 10, I wrote military discount dell.com to see if my recent purchase qualified for a discount and I haven't heard back. Does anyone know how long it should take to hear back or know how the program works?
I certainly hope that the discount isn't designed or structured in the Catch 22 paradigm. Meaning that the only way I get the military discount is if I asked for it when I bought the computer, which presupposes that I should have known that there was one to be had when I bought my computer in the first place.
