How many days to get a refund?

Could you tell me how many days it takes to process a refund?

The laptop I returned arrived Dell on Jan 15. But my refund is still being processed.

I want to buy another laptop Dell taking advantage of current deals, but if I don't get the refund soon I will miss the deals.
