Is RMA number the same thing as CRA number?

The Dell return policy indicates you will receive a credit return authorization (CRA) number from Dell.

Is a CRA number the same thing as an RMA number?  I went through the online process of initiating a return; but, the e-mail I received only includes a reference to a "Return merchandise authorization (RMA)" number. 

Do I need to call for a CRA or are they the same thing?
