Authorised service centre, Calicut gave me a quotation of 16000 to get my touch display replacement and when I contacted Dell customer care, they provided with on location panel replacement at 7k and the engineer too provided  was very good. 

I hope the concerned team looks into this as the third part carry in service centre are making a mock of the trust and customer rights.
