M14x-R2, Dell Outlet, Received incorrect panel, please help.
Ordered an AW M14x R2 during the 25% outlet sale with a screen res of 1600x900. Received an AW M14x R2 with screen res of 1366x768. This is not what I paid for nor what I was promised on the order slip. Called customer service who said that the only course of action was to a) return it or b) live with it. I am awaiting a call from their manager. I would like Dell to make this right. I'm not going to return this $900 product (after discount) just to buy the same thing for $1200. Never had a problem with Dell's service after many years of patronage, so I hope this gets resolved.

Been a few days since I've heard from someone at customer care regarding this issue with my laptop panel. Appreciation for Chris-M for attempting to diagnose and solve. Customer care, please contact me to resolve issue.
