Yes I did start there and I have solved the access to Dell military buyers sites. But I have not resolved Dell's "Business to Business" site problem. That is the hand off to Dell.com from the AFFES site. I have no problem logging into AFFES (the Exchange" but trying to get to the Dell Specialty store produces this:
Your request to access a B2B Dell Store (catalog) has been denied. This can be cause by using the Browsers Back button
or your User ID and Password are different then what stored in your B2B Dell Store. Please Re-Punchout to gain access to

Chrome stand alone fixes many problems with older browsers etc.
use this installer: Alternate installer for all user accounts »
For Windows 8.1/8/7/Vista/XP 32-bit
Install Chrome and try again. If its still not working post back.
