My purchase hasn’t been shipped?
Hello,
I bought an Inspiron 15 5000 and a Dell pen (separate orders) last Saturday and It’s been 6 days and my laptop still says “confirmed” when my pen was delivered yesterday. When I check the order status of my laptop on the website it says that complete order has been shipped even if there’s only a check mark on “confirmed”. Does it usually take a long time for a laptop to be shipped? (First time buying)
