Neither acknowledgment or confirmation email recived
I recently purchased a PC on the Dell website. After entering the payment information and completing the purchase I was brought to a screen with a "Dell Purchase ID" and other basic information about the order. This page said that I would be sent a confirmation email (with the correct email stated) but I have not received any email from Dell since my purchase. All of the tools for finding an order require other identification numbers that are to be reived in an email following the purchase but as I have not received this email I do not have these identification numbers.
help would be much appreciated, thanks.

Covid and other Delays would have an impact on this.
Confirmation will not be sent before its actually built.
It can take up to 15 Business days past delivery for Registration of a Service Tag showing up on the site.
If you did not purchase Directly from Dell you will have to manually register your product.
