No Option For Expedited Delivery??

So I plan on placing an order for a new Inspiron 2-in-1 (7591) with the 10th gen i7-10510U, 16GB RAM, 1TB M.2 SSD, 4K touch screen, & MX250 graphics chip. I have had an active Dell account for a while now and I have successfully signed up to receive rewards as a Dell Advanced member. In the fine print it tells me that I can receive "Free Expedited Delivery", but after specing out the computer and continuing through the ordering process it only gives me "Standard Delivery" as my only shipping option. Does the free expedited delivery cover custom spec computers? I thought it covered everything on their site? I would love some feedback on this as I really do not want to wait 2 weeks for the laptop to ship. Thanks in advance!
