OS Restore Disk help?

I've had the worse experience  getting help through online chat and as well as on the tech support phone. I could not understand their accent and they could not verify the info that was on my account. I only need a disk to restore my computer. I don't know who else to ask for help!

If the original warranty you purchased is still valid, you may use the online operating system disk request form.

Will that form you mentioned work for a laptop that is out of warranty? Like an Inspiron 1525?

Dell used to send free OS disks a few years back (B4 the OS was stored on a separate partition) but I think they charge for a disk to access that partition now. I'm okay with paying for it but I'm not sure where to go? Can I download it with a CC?

* No. The originally purchased warranty must be current to use the form.

Once out of warranty, you must purchase the Dell OEM OS (operating system) CD from a 3rd party vendor like this one:

Can I download it with a CC?
* No. We do not provide a download of the operating system.
