So, go to your Dell Account (not Dell Community account). Or create one and import your machine.
On the left side, choose "Orders" screen.
Within "Orders" screen, choose "Order Details" on the right.
This will give you the current "Status" of your machine - Order Received, Order Confirmed, Order In-Production, Order Shipped Date and Expected Delivery Date.
Most importantly, in one of the emails you received from Dell there will be the Purolator number available...ONLY after your order has been picked up by Purolator and left the building.

Once you have the tracking #, I just track it, using Purolator website, all the way from Shushan, China to Calgary, Alberta, then to my house. I can tell which day and AM/PM it will arrive.

I've seen this response on other posts. In my case, the shipped date and delivery date still has not been updated since we went past 10/11, 10/12. Still in production, should not have gone there if parts are the issue.
