I’ve had this same issue today. Spent around 7 hours on the phone/on hold with CSRs (verification line, order support, and I guess the operator) to either get 1) there are no issues with your account to 2) you’re labeled as an unauthorized reseller but there’s nothing that can be done to fix this besides become an authorized reseller, which no CSR was able to help with either. I have no idea why I’m labeled as a reseller either. Is there any way to resolve this?
