Order Number: Not yet assigned
Hi,
I ordered my monitor on the 27th of September and haven't received any notifications since and checked under:
Support > Order Status > Purchase Details
It was stated that my Order Number: Not yet assigned.
I can understand that procurement can take time, but over 10 working days?
