Order Number: Not yet assigned

I placed an order on 10/10/2019 via PayPal but the order number hasn't been assigned yet.
And there's something wrong with the payment.
I want Dell Marketing LP to finish processing my order correctly.
Help me please.

The situation I've been in is as follows.
My prepaid card account reports that Dell had already got the price from me.
However, it also reports that Dell has still charged me somehow.
On the other hand, my PayPal account shows that the payment is pending.

The problem was solved. The following is a report.

 

The cause was my ignorance of my prepaid card's characteristic of twice-charging.
(http://vpc.lifecard.co.jp/en/attention/ Clause 5 of "Notes on Use")
It means that I should have prepared at least twice as much as the price to my card account.

 

I asked Sreejith to cancel my stuck order.
As soon as it was done, I made the above preparation and reordered the item.
And finally I succeeded in completing the purchase.

 

Sreejith and Dell support team had helped me via private messages. I appreciate that.

Have you received an email with the Dell purchase ID or Internet receipt number?

 

For my reference, please click on the message tab next to your avatar– click “New Message” & search for my Dell username (Dell-Sreejith R) & send a private message with the purchase id / IRN, registered name & email address.
