Order Support issues

I E-mailed about Order support on 4/19 I have not received any contact back but when I click the link in the e-mail I was sent about the ticket it says that I have e-mailed multiple times and that they have e-mailed me multiple times. 

This appears to be random information that is inserted falsely because I've only e-mailed 1 additional time asking for a status. The timeline also says I have called in multiple times which I haven't called in at all. It seems to insert this additional random information every time I click the link in the original e-mail. I'm not sure what's going on or why I haven't gotten any contact back from dell. 

My issue is with shipping, when I was placing the order, throughout the order process it said that my order should be received on Tuesday the 4/21 and now it says my order won't even be ready to ship until 5/13 and that the computer I ordered with no customizations is in production. I can understand a slight delay my problem is that if it was going to be longer then a week then it should have said that during the ordering process not days later. I even went back and attempted to order the same exact computer and the shipping estimate was still ~5 days all the way to choosing my shipping option. What is going on? where is my computer? If I would have known about this delay I would not have placed the order.

Given the dozens of components that have to come together to build a system - and the shortages of CPUs, GPUs, and now the spike in demand for storage drives -- delays are the order of business these days.

If you need a system in a short period of time, order an in-stock system from a seller that has them ready to go.  That's not how Dell operates - it's build to order.  And you will likely have to settle for "close enough" to what you want, as you'll find the supply no greater at most sellers.

That's the thing though, I went though the entire order process including choosing my shipping option and it was telling me it would arrive on a specific date ~7 days (including the weekend) from the order date. I expected a potential small delay but no where during the during the process did it say anything about delays. Also this wasn't a custom build system. It was a 7090 Ultra. I didn't get any customize options. even today it says "Get it as soon as Thursday, Apr 29 with Express Delivery"

Customer service is nonexistent...Have tried talking to them 5 times in 2 days to find out that my order is being held up to verify my identity, which I done 3 times now
