Order Tracking Query

I purchased a monitor directly from Dell which was due today. I have read through the stories regarding what seems to be a shambles of the delivery services used. The tracking I received for Syncreon was partially updating but I had seen other say the delivery is done by DHL.

Yesterday I received an SMS from DHL stating my delivery would be done on the next day (today). This morning I woke up to a message from DHL saying that my order is delayed. I went back to the Syncreon tracking and it's now stating that the order never seemed to make it (from them to DHL).

The tracking reads - NOT REC'D/INCOMPLETE IN DEPOT.

What does this mean? Has my order been lost transferring between depots (LUTTERWORTH to my local)? The order only has 1 item/box so cannot be incomplete.
