Order Verification/Cancellation

Question

I recently spent two days trying to order products from Dell, but to no avaiI. I received an email that my order needed verification. My first two phone calls were routed to a message about a Microsoft exchange service after using the extension that I was given. I called back a third time and by not using the extension I finally spoke to a Dell representative who told me that someone was already assigned my order. When I was switched to them they said they were busy and would call me back. They verified my number and hung up on me. Then began the real hassle.      My order was cancelled a little over an hour or two after being told I would be called back. I would like to mention the email stated I had 1 business day to response. So seeing the order canceled it was a little shocking. When I called back I was told the bank was putting the order on hold. I called the bank and they said they had verified the payment. The next rep at Dell told me to use a different credit card and then hung up. I placed the order with a new credit card. This still didn’t work.  I have never received any confirmation that this order has been received. As of now I placed this order over 4 times. The next time I called I was passed around between customer service, verifications, and modifications departments multiple times. Verifications staff blamed the bank and refused to lift the hold on my account because it had been flagged as fraud. I finally got in touch with someone that told me I needed a new customer ID.      I have been blacklist/blocked from ordering anything from Dell although I have ordered 2 computers and 4 other products this year with the same billing and shipping address. I was transferred from department to department, multiple times, lied to, and been accused of being a fraud.  I was polite at all times, have given up hours of my time, and was still got hung up on. How is this customer service and loyalty to repeat customers?      I would like Dell to give me some information on how to unblock my account  so I can received the products that I have ordered. I was trying to use a promotion gift card at the time which has now expired. So that’s probably a lost too. Thanks for any help...
