Order Verification Issues

I ordered a Dell laptop over the weekend, and I though all was well. I checked the purchase details and it said the laptop is in production, and the money went through and is no longer in my account. However, since then I've been receiving strange calls from a number claiming to be the Dell Verification team (02 8405 5300). The person on the line was asking about a work email, or student email (Neither of which I have, nor used to order the product) and a landline (which I also don't have, nor used to order the product). Prior to this I received my order confirmation via email, which said my order has been confirmed. But late yesterday I received another email, telling me that my order has been cancelled. However, the purchase details still say the order is in production and I have not received my money back either. How do I verify the order if I used none of these things to order it?
