Order cancellation before shipment

Hello,

I made an order last Friday on the website of Dell Netherlands. Today, Dell Netherlands gives a better discount on the product so I want to cancel the Friday order. I already contacted the Dell Netherlands customer support. But based on my experience, they are so inefficient so I want to double check here that the order is cancelled on time.

Thank you for your message. I see that the order has been canceled. A refund will be initiated shortly & will be credited to the original mode of payment in 7-10 business days.

 

I will keep a tab of this & keep you posted with the refund updates.
