Outrageous Sales Support

I have never experienced such horrible Sales Support!

May 14th I ordered a Latitude and the lady talked me into a special Inspiron.  Dell Financial approved and we're good. Right?  Wrong!

May 21st I go online to check the delivery and see No Orders.  So I call and am told that Order Verfication at Dell Financial could never get in contact with me.

That is playing me for some Fool!  My phones were never called, No emails from Dell. So Order Verification says all is good.

That evening I check online and I see the Latitude, remember that's what I wanted in the first place, was Cancelled.  No one in India can help me, call back in the morning.  I send out emails to sales support, Allison R asking Why?

May 22nd I call in and am told by Order Verfication at Dell Financial that the order is being re-instated, give us an hour.  Two hours later I check and it's still Cancelled.

I make 4 other calls.  Eventually being told that the Order Review Team cancelled the order.  Transferred over to Order Review Team who tells me that Dell Financial cancelled the order. Transferred over to Dell Financial and they fess up and say that the order has been duplicated.

That Remains to be Seen!

I complained to all parties that no one has sent any emails.  Allison R with Dell Team hasn't responded to my order confirmation request of May 14th.  No shipping confirmations have been sent.

Big Thanks to Yvonne in Sales who unlike the off shore guys stayed with me all the way through to get the re-order Done and ensure that she and I saw the order appear on our screens!

(Supposedly Off Shore had done this but no records could be found.)

Problem resolved for now.

I've done it but how does that help?  No one at Dell cares, their system process is now so complex that customer orders just fall thru the cracks and they don't call or email the customer.

Apple looks very Good.  HP even better.

It will help you.  You will be dealing with the same CS Liaison, they will investigate this entire issue and tell you their findings. If Dell made a mistake they can correct it.  In short... they'll go through the records and see what happened to cause this...

I'm only trying to help you out here......
