Pilot Freight Delivery - Northern NJ

Order a black friday 65 inch TV.

Returned due to crack screen. looks like it was dropped on the corner.

Notified Dell and promptly shipped a replacement.

Pilot Delivery person single-handedly lifted the TV and balance the middle of the TV on his head. 

Returned again due to a crack screen. Now its in the middle and the corners were fine.

Notified Dell and they are shipping a replacement.

Dell - Avoid Pilot Freight Services in Northern New Jersey because they do not know how to deliver.  I'll keep on replacing the damaged good and its basically your expense in terms of shipping, receiving, and reputation. While your customer service is great, your choice of shipper is horrible. What this translates about you is that ultimately your lack of customer focus. Services is great, focus needs work.
