I have been trying to reach support for 2 days. Calling on a Friday 9/11/20 at 12 EST.

I have requested customer service, "Please call back during working hours"

I have selected sales, "Please call back during working hours"

I have selected agent, "Please call back during working hours"

I have selected Technical support, "Please call back during working hours"

 

There is no-one available, they are just making up excuses not to assist their customers, and are blatantly ignoring the issues they are having. 

 

The level of ignorance from a company of this size is ASTOUNDIND.
