• Any limited quantity, clearance, closeout, discontinued, “doorbuster,” or Black Friday/Cyber Monday (the week before and after Thanksgiving) price.
• Any price that is based upon rebates, coupons, financing offers, errors, bundling of products or services, gift cards, or gift card offers.
• Any prices not advertised on one of the websites above.
• Any contract mobile phones.
• Any product purchase intended for resale. We will only match one item per customer.
• Any lower-priced offer for a product that is on a lead time, rain check, or out of stock.
• The matched price cannot be combined with any other promotion or discount.
• Price match cannot be combined with or apply to Dell’s Member Purchase Program offers or discounts.

WHAT YOU NEED TO DO:

• Simply share the active web address showing the lower-price with a Dell sales agent via the Chat tool on dell.com. Once validated, they will complete your purchase.

I agree completely.  Just chatted with two representatives and they told me they would not price match a target.com price because it said "sale".  Nowhere does it state that an item must be "regular price" it only mentions "flash sale".  This is marketing BS if they won't honor it anywhere.
