Price matching issues
I signed up on this forum so I could let you know your price match process is a joke. I sent all the information for a price match on a chat and they said I would get a call within an hour to approve. This brought up the first issue. The items will only stay in the cart for 30 mins. I explained this on the chat and the response was that they were aware of my issue. I waited an hour and no call. Got back on the chat let them know they said it was still processing. 2 days no phone call. I finally called. Had to start all over with the agent on the phone. took almost an hour. So it ended up taking 3 days and 3 hours of my time to do a simple price match. If I had not had a promotional gift card to use I would have just made the purchase at the other site. Your price match process makes the price match worthless.
On a different note your website search and browse is also ridiculous. I searched for usb hubs and it brought up a list of kvm switches. Then I tried something else to find it and it gave me a huge list of things just because they had usb connections. You need to fix your website.

*Price guarantee applies for 30 days from invoice date to purchases from Dell or Dell.com only. Lower price must be for identical product on Dell.com. Limit one product refund per customer. Offer does not apply to contract mobile phones and accessories, marketplace resellers, financing offers (including Special Financing offers), gift card offers, bundles, free items, pricing errors, service and installation offers, items advertised as limited-quantities, out-of-stock items, clearance, or Outlet products. Price guarantee does not apply to Dell’s Member Purchase Program offers for which customer is not otherwise eligible, existing Deal of the Day, Daily Deals, coupons, mail-in rebates or rewards.
