Hi, I have the exactly same error, tried with IE11, Edge, Chrome, normal and private modes, various domains. Can you check it for me, please? Thank you, M.

Thank you for your message. Could you please share a screenshot of the error message? I will have this escalated.

Hi,

Here is the screenshot. Clicking on the link does not solve it.

Thanks,

M.

Hi,

This method didn't solve the problem for me.

Any other method?

Thanks,

M.

For me, the problem could not be solved by that either.

I have responded to you via private message.

For my reference, please click on the message tab next to your avatar– click “New Message” & search for my Dell username (Dell-Sahana R) & send a private message.

You could send us a private message by hovering the mouse pointer over my username, and adding me as friend.

I have added you and sent a direct message.

Hi,

Same problem as everyone else here. Tried all the recommended things (Clearing browser cache, etc. etc.), but still gets stuck at "Configuring your account ..." page. I've also tried the link you suggested in the prior few posts, this gives me the same message as the other person - access required.

Any advice? I need to get SupportAssist Enterprise downloaded ASAP, but I can't until I can get my account "set up" as a business account.

Many thanks.
