Purchased a laptop on April 5th 2021, never received a confirmation/order email...

Hey everyone,

Title says it all. I placed an order for an Inspiron 5000 Ryzen 4500U 2 days ago on April 5th 2021 and I never received a confirmation/order email. My payment went through on my credit card. I tried contacting customer support by phone and I was transferred 3 times then it hung up. I can't chat with anyone because they either send me back to the ''My Order'' selection (I don't have an order number since I never received any emails!) or the chat button is greyed out. It's my first time dealing with Dell and I'm honestly not impressed. Usually, when you place an order online on other websites, you get a confirmation/order email right away.

Can anyone help? Thank you in advance.

We tried reaching you on a private message asking for the Service Tag number to ascertain the warranty but did not receive a response. Please feel free to reply to the private message whenever you are available.
