Received used Monitor when I ordered a new one.

I recently purchased a brand new Dell 4k UHD gaming monitor G3223Q. I was really excited for it because I read some good reviews. Then I received my package two days after I paid for my order. First thing I noticed was the box’s seal was opened. When I opened the box, the monitor had prints all around the monitor and there was small grim residue on the monitor stand that hooks to the monitor itself. I was disgusted and disappointed that Dell would send me this product masked as new. Dell didn’t even try to clean a used product to try and hide that it was used. I had great experience with Dell before but with this issue, I doubt I can trust this company. I didn’t even know this was how Dell operates. No integrity.
