Refund Process slow and appaling
I purchased an Alienware PC April 28, 2023, which the courier damaged in process and it lasted one day before becoming faulty. You have had the PC back in your possession for 5 working days now. And I have been in Automated \ Customer services purgatory every since. Your customer services say they have emailed finance, however I have not received any communication from this department confirming the processing of my refund, you have even said you have escalated this to finance team and still nothing.
It's amazing how you are so superfast and leverage all the technology available to take money from people, however to revert back to the stone age when you are required to give money back.
I have also repeatedly asked your team through the text service process to raise a complaint, which seem be refusing do so. Quite frankly the stock generic answers I am getting are starting to really annoy me.
I want your finance department to acknowledge that they are processing my payment. I want my money back and I want to raise a complaint. From my interactions so far, I think you are going to drag this out, however I am also going to see if I can get my credit card company to help get my money and post of the various social media sites about this poor level of service.
I have been buying Dells \ Alienware PC's for many years, but this experience is going to put an end to that.

Thought I had posted in customer care, however looks like the automation system has posted to tech.
after a couple of we are reviewing and me chasing someone finally responds and says I need to contact customer care??
