Regarding FRAUD SERVICE
Suggestion
Rather you change www.dell.com to www.dellsales.com because your least bothered about customer and service. I wanted to write a mail regarding service and I have been searching for official customer service mail Id from an hour and I couldn't find it.
Scenario at the Dell service wanted to loot the customer in and out.
Work order- SRISAI / 9669 and SERVICE TAG - (Service tag removed)
I have given my laptop for repair in one of your authorised service centres(Wave electronic paradise). They have charged Rs 999/- for checking the product. After two days they called me back and said there is an issue with the battery and keyboard cover was already broken and both need to be replaced at cost of total RS 6500/- and it is ready please collect it in 30mins. I went back after two days now they are saying that there is an issue with the motherboard which need to be replaced.
Because it's a out of warranty product I could have gone for CTC paradise for repair. Due to the TRUST ON DELL I visited your authorised service centres and payed amount what ever they had charged. NEVER EXPECTED THIS KIND OF CHEATED SERVICE from a big company LIKE DELL. Now how can I trust that they haven't replaced the original parts of laptop with the damaged once and they are not the even giving a proper bill of the service then why did you list it as one of the authorised service centres in the DELL website.

Dell does not have "authorized service centers." Any computer repair shop can say they service Dell computers but they do not supply warranty service and are not Dell. Dell.com does not list authorized service centers on their real web site. You must have used a third party web site that pops up in Google. You have to make sure to start a search at the actual Dell.com website.
You need to edit your post and remove the service tag, That's not allowed in this public forum.

Thank you for your message. @ Mary G is spot on. Not all stores that advertise Dell product is an authorized service center.
