Replacement Order Shipping

I had a replacement laptop ordered by Dell on 7/23 to replace my stolen laptop. The original order was placed on 7/5 and I got a shipped notification on 7/7 almost two days apart. For this package it’s been more than two days and I haven’t gotten an update yet it is still in confirmed status. Considering the arrival date is 8/4 is this normal? when should I expect the package to ship? How long will The shipping process take. I’m just worried the package my not come on time because it still hasn’t shipped yet.
