Return of Laptop
Does anyone know if you can return a laptop that is still under warranty for credit? I have had my laptop not quite 2 years and have had them replace several parts on it. It is an Inspron 7328 2 in 1 and I have had nothing but trouble. I hate to sell it to anyone and have them left with the same issues I have had but if I could get a credit from Dell that would be awesome.

Thanks for reaching out. As per Dell's return policy http://dell.to/2iowDZU, you would be able to return the order only within the first 30 days of purchase. I understand you've had problems with the laptop. Please be rest assured that our technical support experts would be able to assist you with any issue with the laptop based on the warranty associated.
