Returns Shipping Address for Dell Ireland

Does anyone know the return shipping address for Dell Ireland?

I have been trying to return an order for 2 weeks.  The first pickup Dell arranged, the shipping company did not execute.  I contacted Dell and they arranged another - this time the shipping company would not take the package as it did not have a return shipping label (none was supplied.)  Support have just arranged a third pickup but they have not provided a label or even a return address that I can put on the box.
