I'm not sure why this is happening. I request you to chat with our sales team to place the order. They should be able to help you with the rewards. I also want to let you know that the refund for the software is completed. You should see the refund in 2-3 business days from now.

Wait don't leave me just yet. I talked to sales like you said, they said I have 90 days to use rewards. However, they can not access my rewsrds, they said to contact customer care again to double check.

I've tried the email you shared but is unable to pull up any record of rewards. Could it be registered under some other email ID?

That is the one. I opened a dell preferred account and rewards account sametime and at checkout it showed me what my rewards would be. It's all under same email.

The dell website has so many glitches and misinformation in the system. The computer was delivered end of May and the website said it hadn't even shipped yet. Now it shows it was delivered in June which is false.

When I try to log into rewards it logs me in and just as its opening the webpage it switched to another webpage and says you are unauthorized to view this page. I read on this forum and it seems like the system is very corrupted and it really makes it difficult for all of us.

I'm so afraid to order from the website now. I have to buy more computers for other family members and I'm lucky to have your help because I wouldn't buy at dell again otherwise.

Hello just checking in again, I havent heard back yet, it's been almost a week now. I sent the screenshots asked over private messages but havent heard back over there so I am checking here. Fathers day is coming up, hopefully this rewards issue will be settled so I can make more purchases. Thank you

I'm unable to view the image. Are you able to see it from your end? Can you send it in another format (Jpeg/png)?

I'm sorry, we are unable to view the image. When I try to download it still has .gif file extension.
