Sales support on Chat unable to answer a basic question
I have just ben on chat for half an hour asking a simple question as to whether an Inspiron 14 3437 had a touch screen or not. I am using the Latin/Caribbean site as I am in Bermuda
This is the log- incredibly bad service

I think the website is confusing to all! You linked to a $329 Non-Touch screen. Click the "Print Summary" on that page. See:
"LCD: MOD,LCD,14HDF,WLED,FL,AUO AUOLCD 1[391-BBDO]"
391-BBDO = 9PG1W = P1NX1 (Non-Touch)
The Inspiron 3437 ships with four Touch screens and seven Non-Touch screens.

The print summary only shows me this

No where does it say it is non touch,
If it ships with four Touch Screens why can't you order one !! Talking to to customer service is a complete wast of time as you can see. I added the link but I also asked a straight forward question and was then basically ignored

* I know. I had to look up the Dell sku (391-BBDO) to figure this out.
