Scam call directing me to dell.com/dc1
I am a Dell customer and have had calls from several 888 numbers at both home and work over the past few weeks, from "Dell Tech Support". Standard pretense of finding services not running and explaining that my PC was infected.
I didn't think anything of it until the caller asked me to go to dell.com/dc1 to gain remote access. He was about to provide a code to connect to me and that's when I ended the call.
Is Dell's remote access being used maliciously?
