Scammers called me!

I got a call on my cell phone on 07/10/15 from a guy (Frank Martin) saying he worked for Dell Tech Support and that over the last few weeks they have been getting reports from my Dell computer that there is a problem.  He knew my name, cell number, email address, service tag number and said he was from Dell.  Did Dell get hacked and customer information stolen?  The number that showed on my cell was 202-879-3355.  I also was able to take a picture of the notepad page (attached) he was using to show me the options and that he was a Sr. Dell Certified Technician.  The minute I caught on he was just a scammer he deleted the files and disconnected.  I called the 202-879-3355 number after the incident just to make sure they said Dell Tech support and they did.
