I dont work for dell and im sorry to hear they are take advantage over someone who is disabled. I wish i could say customer is capable of resolving this issue but in my experience they are not. This is standard practice from dell. Their customer service is a nightmare anything going through service dept is going to be replaced with a defective product they then "refurbish" and use for service issues. Customer lacks accountability and empathy. I am truly sorry you are having to go through this and I know what im saying is not comforting but I feel like you deserve the truth.
