Support Services: Issue with Support Services
I bought a dell latitude 7400 from a friend, but when I checked the warranty, it didn't show the factory and warranty time. Does anyone know what's wrong with my device?

You need to ask that question of your friend. If they can't answer, cancel the deal and return the system.
This system was released in 2019, so it may very well not have any remaining warranty -- but that would not explain the discrepancy.
