Terrible customer service
I contacted the customer service online to cancel my previous order because I found that I wanted another laptop. They told me the order would be cancelled within 24-48 hrs as I just made the order 30 minutes before I chatted with them. So I made a new order as they told me the old one would be cancelled and I could get my refund. However, when I asked them about the order status this afternoon, they said that order has been in production process and crossed the cancellation stage! Which means I paid for 2 laptops and the only way to get my refund is to wait until they ship the laptop then I can return it. This would probably take more than 3 weeks. The laptop is $4,000, as a student I almost don’t have enough money to pay my rent after I paid that extra $4,000. I want my refund and I want to cancel that old order!
