The charger cord white light off
Hi, i have a problem with my dell laptop xps. When I plugged the charger, the white light goes off and it did not charge the laptop. But when I tried to charge in a different dell laptop it does work. I think something wrong with the laptop that turned off the charger. Do you know what is going on? Thank yoy

Thank you for your message. What is the system model in question here?
Are you using the original charger shipped with the computer?
What is the status of the AC adapter & battery in BIOS, when the charger is connected?
