Tracking number not working
Hi I placed an order for an Alienware x17 and on 8/11 it said the order left the factory, however the carrier's website says they do not have any information regarding the tracking number supplied by Dell. Seeing as the package left the factory 5 days ago I would hope they did. Can anyone help with this? I sent dell cares a PM with my order number .

Bear in mind the factory is in China, so if you're not, you won't see the tracking number active until the system arrives at a logistics center in your home country.
It can take several days -- even a week or more -- for the system to make its way from China to your home market.

When I received another order, it had a shipping label reference on the Purolator website immediately after shipping. The website right now shows that there is "no information associated with this tracking number". It's also been 4 days, which on the order details screen it said would be the upper limit for the carrier to link info.
Ive also spoken to others who have ordered and they were able to track their shipments from China so, I'm not sure your information is correct.

I am having the same problem ordered on 20th of November and Dell website shows the laptop was shipped on 23rd of November but till date the Purolator website showing "No information available". I tried contacting Dell but not getting any satisfactory answers their customer service said even they don't know where it is.

I too have this problem. Dell promised two-day delivery and sent a tracking link that DHL has no idea what to do with. The tracking code embedded in the link is the Dell order number, not a DHL tracking number.
Dell support responded quickly with a template response, a phone call and another template response. None of these had any information beyond "You have reported an issue with tracking". It is five days past the ETA for delivery and I have no idea if they even sent the laptop.

I have been having the same issue. Paid for next day delivery and everything. My order of my "All-In-One" was originally scheduled to arrive on July 6th, 2022 but got moved to July 7th, 2022. Here we are on July 11th, 2022 and still no computer and my tracking number through DHL also will not work. I have contacted customer support about this two times now. Once on Dell's chat system and once via email and I am not getting any answers "at all"! I am beyond frustrated because my specific computer I only ordered for a work project/obligation that has now came and passed. I feel like this is totally unacceptable for them not to even have working tracking numbers available to people that are spending hundreds of dollars on purchases through their company.
