Transfer Of Ownership from Federal to non Federal company

Hello,

I acquired a used Dell optiplex 7050 from a state donation/disposition event and did a online transfer for ownership since it has 1 yr warranty remaining.

I gave the service tag, previous company name, address n zip code but I do not have thier email or phone info.

How can dell contact previous company if I don't have that info with me? Will the transfer have issues? Will dell contact me for more info? Thanks
